Well. I’ve gotten through almost a week. I have to be honest. It hasn’t been awful. I haven’t completely cut out sugar so that’s probably why I am not freaking out.
Anyway, I got on the scale this morning and I was down 4 pounds. Yahoo!
I bought some gluten free rice crackers that give me the crunch I need during the day. When I want a snack I have kettle potato chips and throw some balsamic vinegar on them. Yum!
At night I have some natural peanut butter and .
Oh, I also had a gluten free pizza the other night and it was pretty good.
